About me

I love wild swimming, walking, and spending time in nature. I do not adhere to any particular religion but find great wisdom in many spiritual traditions and believe we are held by something greater than ourselves.

Through my own experiences of meditation and Buddhist practice,  I was drawn to the Karuna Institute and began psychotherapy training in 2022. Having completed a BACP Level 2 and Level 3 Certificate in counselling,  I am currently studying for a postgraduate diploma in Core Process Psychotherapy.

I hold trainee membership of the UKCP (UK Council of Psychotherapy) and ACPP (Association of Core Process Psychotherapists) and am working towards graduation and full accreditation.

What experience do I have?

Alongside my private work, I volunteer as a trainee-counsellor at a charity called The Listening Post in Cheltenham. I have also been volunteering for Oxfordshire Mind for the past year as a peer support worker.

As a trainee in Core Process Psychotherapy, I offer affordable therapy in Oxfordshire and online. I am supported by an experienced mentor known as a supervisor who I meet with on a regular basis.

I charge only £40 a session, which lasts for one hour and takes place weekly. Concessions are also available for those on a low income.

Sky Circles

The way of love is not a subtle argument

The door there is devastation

Birds make great sky circles of their freedom

How do they learn that?

They fall and falling, they are given wings.
